Settle in at Castello di Ugento, enjoy a welcome aperitivo in the 17th century garden and then dinner at our gourmet restaurant Il Tempo Nuovo. Choose one or more classes at the PCC to become a local cook, savour lunch and taste wines with our chefs. Add guided tours to historical sites, artisans, and producers, or enjoy a boat ride along the 2 coasts.
“Pizza & pizzica” at Masseria le Mandorle is a must.

The Puglia Culinary Centre has something for all from one day to an entire week. For food “apassionati”, a Nutritionist will introduce you to the culture of Pugliese cuisine before you dive into your 6-day program. Enrich your week with guided tours to historical towns, then relax with some healthy “farniente” at the beaches. Visit the finest local producers, learn mozzarella making, the art of olive oil production, the history of our territory and its relevance to both food and wine. Arrive knowing even very little, and leave a Pugliese at heart.
